Refund policy

Change of Mind
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will lodge an investigation with Australia Post.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once approved.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier

  • Items opened or consumed (unless faulty)

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
